Strength, Conditioning & Core
Ages 16 years & up
Starting with a dynamic warm-up to get your hearts pumping, we’ll dive right into strength and conditioning through a variety of gym equipment and use of body weight for total body fitness. Class will end with core strength and conditioning and a relaxing cool down to help increase circulation, flexibility and motion.
